Join the Steering Committee
The Praxis Advantage Institute invites community leaders to join its Steering Committee and help shape a new standard of nonprofit excellence in Northeast Ohio. As an advisor, you will guide the development of a regional certification and capacity-building initiative designed to strengthen leadership, accountability, and resilience across the nonprofit sector. Together, we can create a stronger, more connected network of organizations equipped to drive meaningful, lasting change in our communities.

The Praxis Advantage Institute strengthens nonprofit resilience across Northeast Ohio through its certification program, which aligns organizational health with community impact. Our certification program helps organizations assess, strengthen, and sustain their leadership, culture, and systems to support both people and mission. Using an evidence-based framework, we equip nonprofits and community-focused organizations with the tools to grow sustainably and lead effectively. Through leadership development, process improvement, and capacity-building initiatives, we help organizations achieve measurable progress toward funding certification and long-term stability. At the Institute, we believe that when organizations have the tools and confidence to maximize impact, communities flourish.
