Mission

The Praxis Advantage Institute (PAI) aims to strengthen nonprofit resilience across Northeast Ohio by advancing community infrastructure that supports the conditions for organizational success and community impact. We help nonprofits and other community-focused organizations strengthen leadership, culture, and systems so they can operate sustainably, collaborate effectively, and deliver reliable services. When organizations are supported by equitable, system-level infrastructure, communities flourish.

PAI provides:

• Free, standardized tools that establish readiness and shared language
• Facilitated group learning that builds alignment, norms, and confidence (coming soon)
• Clear criteria for when individualized support is warranted.
• A vetted referral network of qualified external consultants. (coming soon)
• A trusted convening space where organizations and funders can align around scoped needs.
