Standard hourly consulting is $150 per hour. 


Flat-fee service options are intentionally designed to average closer to $100 per hour to support predictable budgeting.

The Organizational Insight Package provides a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment for organizations seeking to understand how their policies and practices impact culture and equity in practical terms. We combine your internal reflection with our expert review to provide a clear picture of an organization’s strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.


Process:

  1. Discovery Session: We meet with you to clarify any unanswered questions and coordinate logistics for the strategic review process. 
  2. Document & Policy Review: Praxis examines employee handbooks, HR policies, recruitment practices, and key procedures to identify barriers, inconsistencies, or equity gaps.
  3. Staff Pulse Survey: A staff pulse survey is conducted, and any other existing data is compiled to assess how policies are actually experienced across the organization.
  4. Consultant Analysis: Praxis incorporates this information into a comprehensive review that highlights strengths, challenges, and alignment with best practices and stated values.
  5. Executive Debrief Session

The Board Basics Package equips nonprofit boards with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to fulfill their governance responsibilities. Delivered in a collaborative workshop format, this package is designed to help organizations strengthen compliance, clarify roles, and set a foundation for long-term success. We suggest to plan for this training on an annual cadence. 


What you get:

  • Policy & Bylaw Review – A review of your bylaws, conflict of interest policy, and other core governance documents.
  • Board Training Session (1 hour) – Interactive workshop covering fiduciary duties, roles & responsibilities, and nonprofit governance essentials.
  • Strategic Planning Session (1 Hour) - A collaborative session between the consultant and your board to develop or review your mission, vision, and values. 
  • Customized Checklist – A clear, step-by-step compliance and governance checklist tailored to your organization.


Package Price: $1,750


The Stability Package strengthens internal alignment throughout the year by pairing intentional planning with ongoing advisory support. This package is designed for organizations ready to build clarity, improve communication, and reinforce the everyday systems that help staff succeed. Leaders gain consistent guidance, practical insights, and a more connected team culture without adding new administrative burdens.


Process: 


1. Strategic Planning Facilitation
A guided planning session at the start of the year to align priorities, clarify roles, and confirm a shared direction moving forward.


2. Pulse Survey
A brief, confidential check-in with staff and/or volunteers to highlight strengths, surface stress points, and identify opportunities to strengthen communication and engagement.


3. Quarterly Leadership Check-Ins
Regular advisory conversations that support follow through, assist leadership decision making, and help maintain alignment as conditions or priorities shift.

Jordyn is the Lead Consultant and Founder of Praxis Development LLC and the Founder of the Praxis Advantage Institute. Nearing completion of his Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Jordyn works to strengthen leadership, culture, and systems within nonprofits and community-focused organizations. Praxis Development operates as an independent for-profit consulting agency that provides in-kind administrative and strategic support to the Praxis Advantage Institute, a nonprofit initiative focused on certification, capacity building, and sector-wide resilience. Through this partnership, Jordyn maintains a clear separation of roles while advancing a shared mission to help Northeast Ohio’s nonprofits achieve lasting impact and stronger community outcomes.
